All the people you saw today.
Did you see me? Matuvu shows the people you noticed in the last 24 hours, one photo each and nothing else. Say hello while it is still fresh.
Nothing to swipe through
You go down a short list of faces you actually saw today and recognise one, or you do not. No cards, no queue that refills, nothing to sort. Matuvu cannot narrow it down for you either, because it is not a selection. It is who was there, and some of them will not interest you.
Your day, exactly as it happened.

Three steps
You see someone
The two of you are in the same place at the same moment, and they join today's list.
You mark them seen
One tap if you would like to talk. Nothing is sent, and they are never told on their own.
Both, or nothing
Mutual opens a conversation that stays. Otherwise it expires and tomorrow resets.
Where it comes in handy
- The person you sat opposite on the train, and thought about again an hour later.
- The someone at the climbing gym you talk to every week and have never added anywhere.
- A new city, a full week of near-misses, and no easy way to turn any of them into a hello.
Built in Europe
Matuvu is built in Europe. Your data is hosted in the European Union by European providers, ensuring the highest standards of data protection and the respect of your privacy.
What we do with your data
We do not sell it
No ads means no advertisers, and funding it ourselves means nobody asking us to reconsider.
Looks expire
After 24 hours the look is gone. Nothing accumulates into a history of your movements.
Nothing without both of you
Marking someone seen sends nothing. A conversation opens only when it is mutual.
Before you download
- What is Matuvu for?
- Picking up a moment you already had. You notice someone, you recognise them on the list, and if you both say so, you can talk.
- How does it know who I saw?
- Your location, read in the background, is enough to notice that you were in the same place at the same moment. Nothing is sent to either of you at that point.
- Will they know if I marked them seen?
- No. It sends nothing on its own, and you never find out whether they looked at you. Only a mutual seen opens a conversation.
- What happens after 24 hours?
- The look disappears and the list resets. A conversation that has already opened stays.
- Is it free?
- Yes, and ad-free. We fund it ourselves, so there is nothing to sell you and no reason to keep you scrolling.
